However, you may not give your toothpaste enough time to do its job.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fluoride is found in many kinds of toothpaste because it\u2019s known to strengthen enamel to make it more resistant to decay. It\u2019s a naturally occurring mineral that can be applied directly to teeth to improve dental health. If you can\u2019t resist a quick rinse, use water instead of mouthwash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revamp Your Brushing Routine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Spitting too soon isn\u2019t the only mistake you can make when brushing your teeth. If you aren\u2019t using the right products or methods, you can leave your smile vulnerable to cavities and gum disease. Brushing alone can leave 40% of your teeth surfaces uncleaned. Flossing is the only way to clean areas your toothbrush can\u2019t reach.
